What we collect

When you call, text or chat with us, we keep the name, phone number and party details you give us so we can hold your table and reach you about it. Calls are answered by an AI assistant on our behalf. We keep a written record of the conversation. We do not record the audio.

Text messages

We text you only in a conversation you started, or about a booking or order you made. We never send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time and we will not text you again; reply START to resume. Message and data rates may apply.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the service providers who run our phone, text and booking systems for us. Your details are never sold or shared with another restaurant.

Your choices

Ask us to delete what we hold about you by emailing the restaurant, and we will.
